Direct tv bill

Good morning , I am trying to pay direct tv bill that’s it , my bill is due, today I have to jump through hoops !!!! Just to do something simple , as pay my bill , online , I left AT&T with my phone service ,because of personal reasons that happen to me ,at AT&T , my husband still uses AT&T for his phone , and we still have direct tv , but having to go through all this ,because direct tv is still using my old email , which I was told was updated to my current email , which is not a true statement , it was not updated !!!!! And are looking for others to connect with !!!! Our work sced are very busy , and u just want to pay my bill !!!
