There is or at least was an EMO discount for Directv, I don’t know if the recent sell off of Directv changed that. I heard the EMO discount wasn’t much for retirees. It was great for active employees.

The official website for Retiree discount enrollments on DirecTV accounts is indeed the one you shared above. At this moment the website is on maintenance to improve your enrollment experience, however it will be re-enabled soon.
If you want to know more details about the program and check if you are eligible, please contact HR One Stop either by Chat Support or by calling at 888.722.1787 (available between 8 AM and 5 PM CT.).
