DIRECTV Visa® Reward Card
Requirements:
- Installation and activation of new DIRECTV service.
- Not migrating from U-verse or other DIRECTV video services.
- Maintain active service throughout the reward fulfillment process.
- DIRECTV via Internet must be installed and remain active for 90 days to qualify.
- Must subscribe to DIRECTV® ENTERTAINMENT Package and above.
- For the Switcher Reward Card offer, supply a bill from your previous TV provider from within the last six months. (To be uploaded during the redemption process).
- Last name or address on your previous provider's bill, and DIRECTV service must match.
Redemption Process:
You’ll be sent a Reward Notification email within six weeks for DIRECTV via Satellite or 90 days for DIRECTV via Internet. You can redeem your reward after you’ve received the notification email.
- To view redemption status, claim your reward, bill upload and card activation, visit DIRECTV Reward Center - Home Page.
- See the FAQ section for helpful answers to the most common questions.
- Reward cards must be claimed within 75 days of the date the notification email is sent.
- The physical cards are sent by mail within 3 weeks of redemption.

I've lost all respect for DTV. It and its employees all lie. Been trying to get my $200 rewards card and now they say I waited too long while I've been calling for months. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

I am a Direct TV customer that did not receive an award email although eligible for $300. Direct Stream started 10/17/23. I called in January, 2024 and told I needed to wait 90 days as it’s a stream service. Called on 2/22/24, told that I was no longer eligible for the rebate. I never received an email or mail related to the award so was unable to claim, which was the reason for my call to the reward center. I was directed to the consumer relations department and after explaining the situation three separate times to different people, referred again to the rebate center. I was told that they cannot issue the award as 120 days expired.
Looking for a solution so I do not have to file a BBB complaint. Thank you. Michelle Strickler
