espn unlimited activation link and MyTV Packages to request link not working.
Hello
I have been a long time customer of Direct TV. I tried STREAMING a while ago, and didnt like it, so I canceled it. When I log on to directv.com to manage my account, I still have TWO accounts, even though my streaming has not been active for a while. (I went back to satellite.). I mention all this, because I think its related.
When I go to "My TV Package" under SATELLITE, where I am supposed to request the ESPN UNLIMITED activation I see RED EXPLANATION mark, and in all red it says "Sorry were unable to load this information at this time, Please try again later". I have called multiple times on this, and all I get is "Please wait 24 to 72 hours" and it NEVER gets fixed.
Im so frustrated because the US OPEN is on, and I can't get a resolution to this.
Reading online, it states "Yes, this issue is widely reported by DIRECTV customers. It stems from backend database syncing failures—most commonly linked to legacy AT&T/DIRECTV account migrations, duplicate profile identifiers, or conflicting Disney/ESPN entitlements on the server side."
This is almost for sure the problem. Backend Database Syncing most commonly linked to LEGACY ATT/DRIECT Account Migrations"
HOW DO I GET MY ESPN UNLIMITED ASAP!
PLEASE HELP!!!

Also, it was recommended to do the following: HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE? What I put in bold, is exactly my situation!!!!
equest a Profile Unlink: Ask support to "completely sync and clear orphan Disney/ESPN entitlements on the master account record." If you previously held a DIRECTV Stream or legacy AT&T account with the same email, ask them to update your primary contact email to a unique address to break the database loop.

Three days after calling and NOTHING. Just wait 24 to 72 hours. Too bad we had to pay the $ for espn for a month. This is terrible service. I have complained before too. Posted here in hopes I didnt have to pay 1/3 of what I am already paying to watch a US OPEN match.
