Help with ESPN Unlimited
I'm a Direct tv satellite customer. I have been having an issue with Espn Unlimited. I was able to activate it to my account a few weeks ago; no problem. But a few days ago it was somehow removed/cancelled and I lost access to the subscription. This was part of the big rollout to the satellite customers after they did it for the ones that have the streaming service. Because Technical/Digital Assistance could not figure out what was going on, they had to forward it to the back end office to fix it. Do these kind of issues get resolved, or do I need to just change my tv package, or subscribe to the Espn Unlimited as a standalone app? I hope this issue is able to get solved ok; it's been very frustrating.
