Is the HD upgrade free to existing customers? How do I activate it?
I've been getting a message on some channels saying they're only available in HD now, and that the upgrade to HD is free.
How do I get this free upgrade? Everything on my account page indicates that this is a $10 upcharge.
I'm on the current "Choice" package, recently upgraded that from an old defunct package where I was grandfathered in. Pretty sure I already have an HD receiver, model number says "HD Receiver, Model H24-200" so I wouldn't think a hardware change is needed, just a change to the account.
Just trying to make sure of both before I call their phone support.

Yes, model H24-200 is an HD receiver, in fact it is one of the best ones to get right now since it supports SWM and non-SWM. How many receivers do you currently have and what are their model numbers? If you have just the H24-200, be sure that you are tuning to the HD version of each channel, rather than the SD channel which is being phased out like the channel says.
