Login: Cannot Reset Password & No Account Access--Repeated failed attempts
After going through the usual update of password procedures, cannot reset and now cannot access account.
Have verified info with online chat person, who needed to refer to 'technical' but we don't get though to next level. Am in a repeating 'no forward motion' cycle.
(Hours now spent on trying to remedy/get through to someone to help)
I have all the credential info needed but require human intervention to kick start this again.
Any reasonable suggestions to resolve this issue appreciated.

You’ll need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot. This will send you to the sign-in help department where an agent can help get you access to your account. What error code (s) do you receive while trying to reset the password? Have you tried a different browser, different device, turning off antivirus software, ad-blockers, and similar hardware? If so, your only hope is calling in. As this is a public forum, we are customers just like you and we have no access to accounts whatsoever.
