Messages on my screen
Every time I pay my bill, I get a message under the (messages) tab on the screen. It says you authorized payment for $$$$ and the amount to be deducted from your checking account. I have called the last two months and spoke with technical support and with billing and have been assured this would not happen anymore.
I do not want my payment info displayed on my screen for others who may be in home to see. Tell me how to stop this. If it continues I may choose to cancel my tv service. I have been a customer for over 25 years. My account is Jesse (Edited to remove personal information) Aurora, MO 65605. Account number (Edited to remove personal information). You don't want your family to see a payment, but you'll include your name, address and account number on a public forum?

I guess I did not understand what I was doing thank you so much JefferMC for pointing out my stupidity. I am just so frustrated with this issue.

I do wish that it was clearer just what the "Community Forums" are and are not.
When you register you accept the Community Guidelines which explains it, but how many of us actually read those walls of text when signing up for a web site?
