NBA League Pass not working on NBA app

Recently purchased NBA league pass via DirecTV, it is working just fine on the TV. But when I try to watch games on the NBA app on both mobile and on the computer, after logging into DirecTV as the TV Provider the NBA app does not acknowledge that I have League Pass. I have been emailing with the NBA League Pass people for a full week getting absolutely nowhere, to whom should I talk to resolve this issue the fastest?

Latest update...it worked for a few days, now it's out again. Funny, no email from @DIRECTVhelp telling me the problem was fixed after it started working. It's almost like they don't want me to continue posting about this and just wait for an email. Just this week I received an offer to switch to another provider that is new to the area...their timing was perfect. 

@DIRECTVhelp  - are you going to be posting specifics regarding this issue and what you've done or are doing to fix it? We as your paying customers deserve more transparency than you are providing.

Direct TV and NBA.com have been useless for updating subscribers. I have never had any problems with the NFL and MLB packages!
