relocate dish

I am curious abuot how many people had to have their dishes relocated for roofing repairs and the time  waited to get a technician out.

My story: I had a standing seam roof installed and the roofing co. told me ( on 8/17/22) that the dish will have to be removed and that DTV will have to relocate/align it  after  the roof is finished .

That day( 8/17/22 I called DTV and requested a dish relocate , a  Order Id number was issued and went on to my account and saw there  is no open repair tickets  right after that I get a recorded message on the land line thta say "work was not completed and is on hold please reschedule call 800# "

so I call and get the the right dept. and they said they will fixit, OK rescheduled 

nothing on my account about open work order .

Several chats and finally get a live person who schedules  repair appointment and says " there have been several cancelations on you account" and was rescheduled for 09/1/22"

Get another phone message the work has not been completed and call to reschedule

Another chat or call to DTV ( I don't even remember any more) got me a date of 08/31/22 to have a technician relocate/reinstall dish ( is lying on my deck now)

This is the short version, I am upset that DTV does not honor appointments when scheduled and have never has a live phone call / text message, on e-mail from the tech/repair center 

I am on the 4th appointment reschedule and I never once cancelled.

now in the second week with a dish dysplasia.

Like all other companies DTV has a worker shortage.

At least that could been explained to me , The stock answer is always "were on the case"

not one explanation of that will take a while but "the appointment is set up"we will monitor it:

DTV CSRs only see a list of available dates and times, they have no control over dispatching the techs so don't why the techs are not showing up.

That's fine but my complaint is the tech company ( I'm sure is a contractor) has never contacted me and just random recorded messages that the appointment has been canceled call 800# to reschedule!
