Signing in to streaming services on Roku device

I have DirecTV Satellite tv in my home.  I also have Roku streaming.  Up until last week, I could use my DirecTV sign in to log into various streaming channels on my Roku (channels I have access to through my Satellite tv).

Now when I try to watch those streaming channels, it tells me I have to log in.  When I try to select DirecTV as my television provider, it redirects me to AT&T sign in, which does not accept my DirecTV log in credientials.

What is going on?

Are you sure you are choosing the correct TV Provider? Be sure to choose ‘DIRECTV’ and not ‘DIRECTV STREAM’ or AT&T U-verse. What streaming apps have this behavior? 

Anyway, for DIRECTV satellite, they want you to pay $7 per month for every TV. When you bring this up with them, they will just want you to buy a DIRECTV receiver for the room.

In the past I would select DIRECTV but since this happened it won’t let me select DIRECTV as the tv provider.  Even when I click it, I’m redirected to ATT. 

it’s done it on all of the streaming channels I’ve tried - TNT, HBO Max, AMC+. It’s annoying because I pay extra for some of these

I’m puzzled. You said it won’t let you select DIRECTV as the TV Provider but you are able to click on it? If you are redirected to AT&T, there’s nothing you can really do. In specific, what error code appears when you log in with your credentials? Have you tried reinstalling the applications and restarting your Roku?
