Student NFL Sunday Ticket
I purchased the NFL Sunday ticket 8/12/21 and I cannot login to the app....it says "Looks like there's an issue with your account. Please visit directv.com/myaccount or contact DIRECTV customer service for more info." I tried contacting Customer service and I keep being led on a wild goose chase to talk with an NFL service rep.

Please tell us, which device are you using for the NFL app?
You may want to uninstall and reinstall the app. Kindly note that currently, there is a known issue with the NFL app on some devices that the team is working to resolve.
If you are still unable to log into your account a day before NFL begins, please feel free to reach back out.

Am I able to check that my account is all set that it shows I am signed up for the student NFL Sunday ticket? Because I recently cancelled my satellite DirecTV service and that is all that is showing on my account? And I have a new NFL account number sent in the confirmation email that is not showing anywhere on my ATT/DirecTV account

If you opened a new student NFL SUNDAY TICKET account, that is a standalone account, which means it will not show on your DIRECTV account.
