772 error

My tv will not get off acquiring guide data. I have unplugged the box , push the red button on box and nothing works. We have not been able to watch tv at all for a day or so!

The only reason you’d see 772 would be due to activating the receiver. That’s the only reason whatsoever. Perhaps you changed your programming package and the receiver reflected this change?
