Can’t connect to internet
Was connected 10 days ago but lost connection and cannot reconnect. Everything else fine on WiFi. DTV tech just here and even tried a new Genie 2 with wired Ethernet cable but still wouldn’t connect.

It is your router that assigns the IP address for the Genie.

So even hardwiring did not work... time to call your internet provider.
It could also be in your router. How about your computers, are they still able to access your internet? That answer would tell a lot.
