Has anyone been able to get this to work? 

No ....the Product does not appear on the list to add so I have been unable to get it to work.  It's sad too because I like the soundbar.  

Then you may have to get a better remote or have to get a Logitech HUB system as there are posts that they are no longer making their Harmony remotes.

@shannon02 I looked into a universal remote to try and make that work but looks like Bestisan is so new that no one has codes for it 🥺 which is too bad because it is a really great product! 

I think the hub can learn codes, I know the Harmony remotes can.  Do a search for IR learning remotes.
