connecting DVR to wireless internet

I am having difficulty connecting my dvr to my wireless internet. Every device in the house connects to the wireless router, but the DVR will not. I cannot watch things On Demand. 

The diagnostic code is 86-693.

I get to the screen where it locates wireless and I click on ours, input our password and it will not connect.
