Diagnostic Code 59-982

Any idea on what code this is? All I have researched does not offer explanation for the first two digits, the last two digits or the entire code number set. Everything recorded is incomplete, all the TVs in the home go back quite often (and no way before 4 hours on the same channel). I have restarted each box, main box etc. someone please help! Additionally WiFi is not available for two of the cell phones in our home which is strange

I couldn’t find much information on that error code either. Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV Satellite?
