DirectV DVR keeps losing wired and wireless internet connection

Hello - my Directv DVR has recently started dropping the internet connection after about 1o minutes. Seems to do whether wireless or wired. This problem just began in the past week. Can anyone recommend a fix for this? It is so annoying to have to constantly re-setup the internet connection on the DVR every 30 minutes. No other device (wireless or wired ) is having problem - not even the Wireless DVD player or Wireless Television connections.
