error code 721 on some channels other channels working fine
I am not sure what wrong with my DirectTV. Some channel return error code 721 and others works fine. I have two receivers and they are both give the same error. I have used the reset buttons multiples times with no luck. I dont think it is my dish because some channel works. Signal strength shows 98% which i assume the dish is good.
What can i do to resolve this problem? Thanks.

721 is a program authorization issue what channels give 721? What package do you have?

COMMERCIAL XTRA PACK. This is for a commercial restaurant & bar.
I would get 245-1 but not 245. i can get 212, 209, 208, 205 but not 206 or 207. i dont know if it is authorization issue or not as i seem to have some of those channels working.

771 error is a satellite dish reception issue. Who installed your equipment?

101 is the SD channels most HD channels are on the 99/103 sats so what are those readings? You may need to call the business number to reauthorize your channels as not sure if DTV residential can do it or if logging into your account and do it either.
