Are you sure it is not turning your tv off and then the CEC is turning it back on?

try disconnecting the HDMI to the tv and testing on and off...  if that works, it's the CEC control from the Gemini itself toggling...

I had this issue...

• you hit off on the remote
• an IR signal comes from the remote to the TV and starts to turn it off..
• the bluetooth signal comes from the remote to the Gemini to TOGGLE on and off of the Gemini
• ALSO the Gemini sends the CEC signal on HDMI to toggle the state of the TV
• TV receives the CEC signal and turns back on

Infuriating!
