Geni mini remote
I received a new box in the mail, and i have programed the remote, and i get this far and that it. Retrieve Pin-add this to location-press menu----this is where when i press menu to get to setting nothing happens???

If your account is with AT&T call them for support if your account is with D*TV then call 1-800-531-5000 --the pin should be generated from the GENIE when adding a NEW mini
