Genie 2 replacement issues
We replaced our Genie 2 after a hardware failure and got most of our mini genies up and going. However, we live in a large home and on the opposite side of the house they put a WVB unit along with another mini genie in our movie theater. Now the WVB in the theater will not stop blinking green even after resetting it and we also tried pushing the “add clients” button on top of the new Genie 2 tower, but nothing works. The WVB just keeps blinking green and will not turn solid blue.
How do I connect this WVB to the new Genie 2 or do I even need to??? I’m lost…

Try unplugging the WVB for a minute or 2.

I’ve tried that a couple of times as well as pushing the reset button and unfortunately it always goes through the setup process again and won’t stop flashing green.
Now half of my house doesn’t work because it is run off of the WVB. I’m so frustrated at this point.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

There is an "Add Client" button on the WVB try it if you haven't already.

There is an Add Client button on top of the Genie 2 Receiver, but I don’t see one on the WVB.

I see that it says there is an “Add Client” button on that list of what’s on the back, but there is zero “Add Client” button on the back of the WVB. Scroll in and look closely. It’s not there unless I’m losing my mind.

You have reset the wireless client? All I can think of is the WVB needs to be replaced since it is a owned accessory you can get it online cheaper then what DTV charges ($99)
