How to check status of a work order

Called to request tech to come and wanting to follow up on the placement of work order to be scheduled.  Been 2 days and have not recieved call

You have to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and ask. 

We are customers just like you so we have no access to your account or recent work orders.

If I do recall correctly, I think you can check any work orders online as well by signing in with your DIRECTV credentials.
