No Sound
I have two DirecTV receivers that have stopped putting out sound. Tried re-setting, unplugging, etc...no luck. Other peripherals plugged into TV's (Amazon Firestick) sound fine. I have 5 other DirecTV receivers that still sound fine as well. Receivers are about 8 years old, if that matters. Thanks for any help/ideas!

Try swapping one of the "bad" boxes with a good box. Does the problem follow the box?
Also, what are your box model numbers?

Thanks, thought of that but we are a bar and the boxes are more or less impossible to move between TV's. They are affixed to the wall behind the TV's

Does the sound setting in the box have a dolby on/off?
Sometimes that is the issue...
