Non DirecTV tech trying to fix 771 issue on muliple receivers

Hi, I am an AV tech at my local Nordstrom store in Jacksonville, FL, trying to fix a 771 error. They have four receivers, all of which had signal issues. I found that the dish on the roof was severely out of alignment due to the elevation bolts being loose. I reset the elevation to what is shown to be correct for this zip code. So now two of the receivers are displaying properly, but I still get the 771 error on the other two. I have only little experience with DirecTV other than setting up the receivers in AV racks, and I have installed a couple of dishes on roofs, but when we did those, the folks I was working with had the proper meters and gadgets to properly align the dishes. I am not able to see any of the displays while I am on the roof, though I can call and have someone watch the display and communicate with me via cell phone. 

Can I have good alignment on the dish for two of the receivers while two still aren't receiving the proper satellite feed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
