Not “Talking” to TV
I have a Panasonic Triple Play TV, accidentally pressed wrong button on DirectTV remote. Now all I get is blue screen on TV. Have unplugged everything. No luck. Serial No for the box is: D33HD3BKG12213 Am elderly with poor vision. Help

It sounds like you accidentally switched the TV's Video INPUT. Using the TV's remote, cycle the VIDEO SOURCE/INPUT setting to the DirecTV box's connection.

We pressed a bunch of random buttons on the remote and it somehow worked.
