pair new RC-73 remote
Just received a replacement RC-73 and it will not pair to C41W-500 Genie satellite.I have tried to pair following the onscreen instructions proably five or six times. I have tried to manually pair it but each time i get a message asking if I want to pair a remote and then it takes me back through the auto pairing sequence. I have codes to try for both the satellite and my Samsung TV but can't get to a screen where I can use them. What do I do? Please help.

All DTV remotes are already programed to all DTV receivers in IR. If pressing and holding the mute and enter buttons doesn't bring up the RF mode then try resetting both the Genie then the C41W.
