I'VE ALREADY USED THAT RESET LINK AND THERE IS NO "FORGOT" FEATURE!! DO I REALLY HAVE TO CALL SUPPORT? CAN THEY EVEN FIX IT WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
