the remote is a DTV RC73, i have a Genie2 tower HS17 receiver but that's not the issue, its getting my DTV RC73 remote to work with my TV, but then, maybe you still need to know the receiver number, so hope you can help...  like i said went thru all the RCA TV codes and no go... thanks

how do you just enter the 'code' on the RC73, i know how to change the TV but dont see option to enter the tv mfg code manually? (re 11756)

For WorldDirect, now that we just need 1 dish, can I use the Reverse Band 5 Slimline Dish, or do I need the Reverse Band 3 Slimline Dish? Can I use this LNB for it?

Im not with DIRECTV. I”m just asking if I can use that if I plan to get DIRECTV.

Hey, @KingGamer, would be awesome to have you as part of the DIRECTV family. 

You can use both LNBs with compatible equipment to get the international programming (WorldDirect). Also, keep in mind that the equipment needed is stablished by the technician at the moment of the installation.

You don't need a 5lnb dish. You need to replace the LNB in your dish with a 3lnb swm with reverse band. Its a plug in replacement for the LNB you currently have.
