With only one receiver you don't need the SWM splitter connect the coax from the dish to the "To SWM" port on the power inserter then the "To IRD" to the H25.

Then you have a bad SWM LNB or coax or power inserter or possibly the H25.

How do I change location on the receiver (RVing across country) to get local channels, I am showing my home channels on the Guide (error 771), not the location of the receiver? Or can I get my home channels when across country?

3XX channels work fine. no internet connected.

There is no way to get locals channels once you get outside of your locals channels spot beam.  You can use an OTA antenna connected to your TV provided it has a digital tuner.

A WNC SWM LNB? That’s going way back so it’s very possible that LNB failed.
