Which DVR recorded that VOD?
That symbol means that the device that recorded the VOD is not able to stream it to your H24. Perhaps because another device is accessing that DVR. Also note that PPV recordings can only be viewed on the DVR where they're recorded.

It was recorded in the genie hr54 Indicated by the receiver location (L)
