What DVR/Receiver model do you have?

Hello, I will be glad to assist you. The Remote RC66 doesn't have the RF mode. However, with the model RC66RBX, you can follow these steps: 
1. Press the Menu button on the remote control.
2. Select Settings & Help
3. Select Settings
4. Select Remote Control.
If the screen has an option of IR/RF Setup, see Program White Universal White Remote, as the customer does NOT have an XMP setup.
5. Select Program Remote.
Make sure the customer is pointing the remote at the receiver.
6. Select OK, Continue.
7. Select Advanced.
8. Choose IR or RF Setup.
9. Click "Yes" you have RF Capable Remote10. Select RF Setup.
11. Select Continue.
12. Follow the on-screen directions.
12.1 Press and hold Mute and Select simultaneously until above the mode switch flashes twice.
12.2 Enter 9-6-1 on remote and press Channel Up.
-Enter 6-digit code, as indicated in on-screen instructions, on the numeric keypad.
12.3 Press Select.
13. Select Done.
If you are unable to select Done, repeat step 9.
