Most likely your dish needs to be aligned, there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you have to call and setup a tech visit.

If you don't mind posting your dish signal strength readings so we can verify that the dish needs to be realigned. Sometimes it can be a bent dish or defective LNB but let's not worry about that just yet.

double check all your coax connectors are snug, i got the same error and found the main wall plate from the dish to the dvr was loose from several years of the vacuum cleaner bumping it
