Trouble programming RC73 remote with a Genie 2 Server to operate a Supersonic SC-1311. How do you enter a manual code?
The code provided for the SC-1311 does not work. I tried all 10 of the options in the Auto Search function and none of them worked either. I see that other posts have potential codes, but as someone else posted, none of the directions or menus provide an option to enter a manual code. All my other tv's paired easily to the remote, but they are mostly Sony's and Samsungs. This is just a little TV I purchased for my desk. Thanks for any help you can provide.

This model of TV is off-brand is thus not pair-able with the traditional DIRECTV satellite remotes. You’d need to get a Harmony remote or another more universal remote in order to accomplish controlling both the DIRECTV box and the TV at the same time.

I appreciate the quick response, but that's very odd, since various Supersonic models are listed on the configuration pages and the software goes through the process of testing various codes for different models, but none of them work.
