Videos bridge inactive

My genie quit working says to cannery video bridge which is inactive. I reset the router and the genie and still have the problem. Internet working but wifi on my phone is weak. It worked fine then just stopped. Please help

This has NOTHING to do with your internet,  follow the on screen instructions on the genie to put the wireless video bridge in survey mode
