I’ve never heard of such a Video Bridge before, so I couldn’t answer your question completely. However, the real answer here is NO.
If you want TV wirelessly, you need a DIRECTV wireless Video Bridge (HS17 receiver has it internally) along with a wireless Genie client (model C41W, C61W, or new Gemini receiver model C71KW).
If you want TV with a wired coaxial connection (fastest and most reliable option), you get a standalone DIRECTV receiver or a wired Genie client.
