A white bar at the bottom of my tv screen showed up yesterday.  Any ideas?

What is the white box that is attached to my dvr box? it's plugged into the internet port.HELP

We have 3 Genies. Currently only 2 will work. The other just displays a white screen. It rotates from Genie to Genie. Any idea on how to solve the problem?

The regular receiver we have in our living room, the picture will periodically go black and white and then go back to color after several seconds. It doesn't do this when watching a dvd so I'm thinking it isn't a TV problem. Am I going to need to get a new receiver?
