white pixelated people on live stream

One TV in the house displays picture/people white in color with weird distortion.  Happened twice today.  It just started today and on one TV out of 4 in the house.  It's not the TV as the apps work fine.  W reset the box, reset the modem, reset the TV.   I changed the USB cable and then the input jack (switched around).  Nothing. 

Called tech support and they are sending new box.  I put another box from the house on the TV and the same thing happened with the white distortion.   Now I'm getting a $50 box and probably won't be able to use it.  Suddenly it just fixes itself.  

Anyone have ideas for future fix?  Anyone having the same problem?
