we have 3 tv's hooked up to att...one of them has a great big red X on it.  the others work but cannot get recordings.  We have unplugged it and rebooted it many times and get to where a gear is showing, then two gear.  Now it has taken us to a big red 10.  What's happening?

Just received Big Number remote as a replacement for my Mother.  Has no slide switch, just mode buttons.  Cannot make it power off both the TV and DTV box without using the mode buttons. Old one has worked just fine.  Tried all three programming codes.  Everything OK except for power switch.  How do

My converter box/DVR is out.  Tried re-setting, it's just locked up.  Tried re-booting modem, no help.  Blue, green, red lights on front, big red X on screen.  Any suggestions?  Also, if I have to get a new box is there any way to save my DVR recordings from the old box?  Thanks.  Any help appreciat

Does anyone else have a problem with U-verse consistently freeze during big games.  I have been watching ALDS and NLDS games freeze all afternoon.

I'm getting a Big Red X on my TV screen. I've reset the receiver twice, unplugged and plugged back in the cables, turned off the receiver box.  I'm still getting the Big Red X on my screen.   Thank you, Darlene

no picture big red X on screen

After a power outage last night, I expected to re-restart receiver as I always do, however there is a big X in middle of screen instead of the usual dialogue about restarting receiver. I tried to manually restart as I have had to do in the past, but does not work. Please advise.

Direct Tv switched me off my go big plan without telling me or any kind of notification. When I called to ask what was going on they told me I changed it. They would not switch me back.
