How do i get Directtv to fix the Castle series so that the episode that is being shown is the same as the title?

The "green wire to ground" between the outdoor satellite antenna/dish and ground was not properly installed. The DirecTV tech used the natural gas pipe as the path to ground. I am not a telecommunications installation technician, I do not believe using a natural gas pipe would be considered proper.
