How do I access HBO Go on my TV and on my computer?

I am unable to access the hawks games on the fox sports go app after logging in with my att account. What is the reason for this? In the past, I have been able to watch the hawks on fox sports go, but now the fox sports southeast channel is unavailable on fox sports go app.

I pay for hbo and hbo go as a part of my uverse package and for some reason, outside of my house, it doesn't work. I am currently on vacation and would love for it to work considering what I pay. I go to log in and it says my package doesn't include it. Makes no sense 😕
