I go to Parental Controls to Edit Setting to Pass Code then put the old pass code in but it just not taking any more why? I need to use the Parental Control.

I can only use my dvd player and keep Direct TV on another channel if I pass it through my receiver. I never had to do this with cable. What is the problem? Why can't I pass coaxial cable in and out of my Direct DVR box? I'm thinking of leaving you for something else.

There seems to be a glitch with the season passes on my DVR R10. I set up a new season pass and everything works fine for a while. Then a few weeks later upcoming episodes stop appearing on the Season Pass Manager. This has happened with every season pass that I've set up regardless of the channel.
