I received a replacement HD receiver to replace a dead one from Direct TV. When the gal was talking me through the set up and the dish types came up there was and arrow box next to the type that yu used to select the right dish.  She told me to just hit continue which I did and it is up and working.

Yesterday, we cut off all the electricity in the house to replace our broken water heater. Well, that resat our receiver and we did everything right, except selecting the type of dish. We have no idea which one we have. We get local channels as well as the international (Chinese) channels.

My old receiver bit the dust and direct tv sent me a replacement HR20.  when I try to set it up it asks for the type of antenna and gives many option My antenna is a 2006 vintage HD unit with three lnbs, but only two are coonected and come to the receiver It is labeled:  WNC FW9.  Ka/Ku What antenna

When I go into reset the lnb type my other reciver shows it is a 1multiswitch but the second reciever doesn't allow me to change that setting
