Can I get back to the white background instead of black on the hd program guide?

This is second time in two days. First time I unplugged reset and repowered, it came on like it was the first time, resetting channels like new.  Today it will not come back on.

Why does the BACK ERROR MESSAGE come up every time I turn on my TV OR CHANGE THE CHANNEL?  It’s very annoying!

got back from vacation and my receiver wont come on.  The power light is on but its dull.  Tried reseting it unplugged it for 15 sec pulled card tried everything.  anybody know what else I can do.  please help.

Someone came by my house recently to dig a giant hole in my backyard and install U-verse equipment for the neighborhood (I don't even have U-verse!). But no one has come by in the past week to fill up the hole. Who can help me get this resolved?

I had U-Verse TV years ago and tried a different service, now looking to come back to U-Verse.

It has been out a long time. I missed the college games today, and if I miss our NFL teams because of DTV's inability to fix this issue, it is time for Comcast.  Comcast is my internet provider, and it is easy for me to move over to them. I spend approximately over $3k year for DTV services

my electric went out and back on and the dvr came on and went it flashed off it never came back on...it feels like it's running and is getting hot on top like it is on but not lights and no connection. When will lost networks ABC CBS and NBC return to DirecTV customers in rural areas?!?

I am considering changing services because I want my local stations, all of them. I pay for them every month but still don't get NBC. 

The power on my cisco u-verse receiver will not come on.  I have tried holding down the power button as well as unplugging and plugging back in.  I do not get any link or HD lights to light up.  All other services seem fine.  Remote lights up and turns on the tv, but does not link to u-verse.

Pause doesn't work in the scenario described in subject line. Problem right now while watching NFC Championship game.  Backing up in order to see play again but pause suddenly won't work while backing up.  Manage to get back to where I initially paused, but that's not what I want to do!

When did uverse acquire comet TV? We love it and didn't know about it til yesterday.

Problem when I try to resume watching a recording sports event…it goes back to the beginning. I see similar posts like this going back for years and still happening! 

I have 45 recordings (all series) setup in my HR20 DVR.  DTV is most likely going to replace the unit on Wednesday, my question is how can I backup this information other than pen and paper? It's not a great issue, but it's a major pain in the neck.  Since most of the shows don't show up in the guid

we recently moved and had our equipment reinstalled at our new home. the service tech gave us some ol equipment and a box and said we needed to send it back to ATT/uverse. He did ot provide who we should use to send it back or a label to do so.  How do i send this equipment back? Kenny H.
