Why can’t find Star Wars last Jedi on demand?

Hi, my husband wants to be able to watch this "Mandalorian" Star Wars show, but I need to figure out if we have that channel or not.

My slimline is set up to recieve 99, 101 and 103 (2 degree spread)The old phase III was used for 101, 110, 119 (9 degree spread)Will the old Phase III be able to deal with the 2 degree spread???
