we have 3 tv's hooked up to att...one of them has a great big red X on it.  the others work but cannot get recordings.  We have unplugged it and rebooted it many times and get to where a gear is showing, then two gear.  Now it has taken us to a big red 10.  What's happening?

After a power outage last night, I expected to re-restart receiver as I always do, however there is a big X in middle of screen instead of the usual dialogue about restarting receiver. I tried to manually restart as I have had to do in the past, but does not work. Please advise.

My converter box/DVR is out.  Tried re-setting, it's just locked up.  Tried re-booting modem, no help.  Blue, green, red lights on front, big red X on screen.  Any suggestions?  Also, if I have to get a new box is there any way to save my DVR recordings from the old box?  Thanks.  Any help appreciat

I'm getting a Big Red X on my TV screen. I've reset the receiver twice, unplugged and plugged back in the cables, turned off the receiver box.  I'm still getting the Big Red X on my screen.   Thank you, Darlene
