Fine green line running vertically in middle of screen on all channels.

When you change the channel it kind of makes a small popping sound and a green line flashes on the screen for a moment before it finally changes channels.  There is kind of a flash when this happens. I tried the reset button and unplugging the receiver but I did'nt know what else to do.

Does anyone get a green flash in the upper left-hand corner of their tv? It's at random intervals. There's no pattern.I It happens on different channels and at different times.It lasts maybe 2 seconds. It's vaguely rectangular-shaped. Has anyone run into this? Thanks.
