What network carries sons of anarchy

I had a tech at my home today. He did not ask me to move my tv stand and while he was moving it my sons Nintendo flew across the room and broke. This is not a cheap thing to just replace who would I need to contact about this. I know the tech did not mean to do this and I feel bad even asking. But

How to disable service to one of my DVR boxes...Why?? It’s in my teenage sons room and I’d like to have the option of punishing him by disabling cable reception to his television without the trouble of entering his junky smelly room or calling att!!!

My DVR didn't record a program, even though it has been recording it all season, and the red RRR button shows that it is set to record in the guide.Why isn't it recording? The DVR did record another program that ran last night.(I missed Part One of the Sons of Anarchy season finale!) Help!
