NBA League Pass not working on NBA app
I subscribe to NBA League Pass through Directv. I am able to view the games on the Directv NBA League Pass channels and my Windows PC on NBA.com but not on the NBA app on my Roku, iPhone, or iPad. I have contacted NBA help but can only communicate via email. They said to contact my provider Directv, which I did to no avail. The Directv technical support person I spoke with said the problem is with the app. I know I have had similar issues when initially trying to access games on the NBA app in previous years which is very annoying.

My son does have NBA.com, & he doesn’t have any problems! I will forget Direct TV, because the NBA.com want all of the customers, so I will sign up with them next year. This happens year after year!

After contacting nba league pass customer service they were finally, with assistance from directv backoffice it finally started to work from the nba app this evening, 10/28/24.

Just checked NBA app and it seems to be working. But doesn't seem available on the direct tv app

I just tried to sign in again on the NBA app on Roku and it seems to have worked. Although I first tried a game that is actually on NBA network it said I am not subscribed to that. But Another game is on now in pregame so hopefully is normal and working.

I can watch on the NBA App on my Android phone, but not IPad. Thinks I’m connected through a VPN, but I’m not.
