Can't access Directv account with AT&T login, immeditely logs out

Hello I cannot get into my Directv account to pay the bill, it logs me out immediately.

I've tried changing user names and passwords, the two accounts have completely different usernames and passwords. Indeed it's turned into quite a mess just on that issue, with multiple username changes.

I don't know when the bill is due but I literally can't pay it until this is resolved.
